BillionsMINE ("we," "us," or "our") is a free, AI-powered stock market simulation and financial education platform operated at billionsmine.com. We are not a financial institution, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser. For privacy-related questions, you may contact us via the channels listed in Section 14.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected through: the billionsmine.com website and all its subpages; user account registration and profile management; platform features including the simulated trading dashboard, DCF tools, portfolio analytics, and the Maya AI assistant; institutional access channels and partnership programs; email, web forms, and any other communications with BillionsMINE. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or data providers linked from the Platform.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly: Account registration data (name, email, password stored in hashed form); profile information you voluntarily add; communications via contact forms, email, or support channels; institutional or partnership inquiry information.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically: Usage data (pages visited, features used, simulated trades executed); device information (browser type, OS, screen resolution); IP address and approximate geographic location (country/city level only); log data (server logs, error reports); cookies and similar tracking technologies.

3.3 Information from AI Interaction: Text inputs and queries submitted to the AI assistant; simulated portfolio data analyzed for educational coaching; behavioral patterns inferred from simulated trading activity.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, payment card information, or real brokerage account credentials. The Platform involves no real money transactions.

We use information solely to: create and maintain your account; deliver personalized educational coaching through AI; analyze simulated trading behavior for educational feedback; monitor platform performance and improve user experience; communicate about your account, updates, and educational content; respond to inquiries; detect and prevent unauthorized use; comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for real investment decisions, personalized financial advice, or commercial financial recommendations.

BillionsMINE explicitly does not: sell, rent, or commercially transfer your personal information; use data for advertising, ad targeting, or marketing profiling; share data with financial institutions or brokers; use AI interaction data to train third-party commercial AI models without consent; engage in profiling unrelated to educational platform improvement; retain personal data beyond periods described in Section 10.

We may share information only with: trusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements; market data providers (only technical data necessary for delivery, not personal account information); legal authorities if required by law; or in connection with a business transfer (merger/acquisition), with prior notice.

We process information based on: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (improving functionality, ensuring security); legal compliance; and consent (which may be withdrawn at any time).

We use essential cookies (login sessions, authentication), analytics cookies (aggregated, not linked to individual identities), and preference cookies (settings). We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioral tracking.

We implement industry-standard safeguards including: TLS encryption in transit; hashed password storage; access controls on a need-to-know basis; regular security reviews; SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, including the New York SHIELD Act.

Active account data: retained for the duration of account existence. Usage/analytics data: up to 24 months (aggregated, de-identified). AI interaction logs: up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymized. Support communications: up to 36 months. Legal records: as required by law. Upon account deletion, personal information is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

All U.S. users have the right to access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of non-essential communications. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, opt out of sale (note: we do not sell data), non-discrimination, and limit use of sensitive information. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other states with privacy laws have similar rights. Contact us to exercise these rights; we respond within 45 days.

The Platform may display links to third-party websites and data services. BillionsMINE is not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in practices, legal requirements, or features. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notification. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
